You can deliver your clothing to me in one of three ways:

• Ship Your Items: You can mail the clothing directly to me. If needed, I can provide a prepaid shipping label to make the process easier for you.

• In-Person Drop-Off: Schedule a time to hand-deliver the clothing to me. I’ll be happy to meet with you and even show you a sample bear in person.

• Arrange a Pick-Up: If you’re local, I can arrange for a pick-up at your convenience.

No matter how you choose to send the clothing, please ensure that your contact information is included with your package.

Once I receive your clothing, I will contact you to discuss your design preferences. This is where we collaborate to create a design that truly reflects your vision. During this stage, we will finalize the details of your memory bear, including any custom touches you'd like to add.

After the design is finalized, your order will be placed in line. When it’s time to start on your memory bear, I will notify you and provide updates along the way, including progress pictures. Please note that once I begin crafting your bear, changes to the design will no longer be possible.

When your memory bear is finished, I will contact you to arrange delivery. Whether you prefer to have it shipped, picked up, or dropped off, we’ll ensure it reaches you safely. Shipping options are available for out-of-area customers, and I’ll provide tracking details for peace of mind.
